Recruiter or trainer?
Recruiter, Trainer
About Me:
I have 10 years recruitment track record, with the last 5 years at the executive level in Financial Services and Banking. I billed £150k in the last 6 months and work primarily retained with a few select clients. I ran my own training business for nearly 9 years, which I ultimately sold to one of my clients. I have been in Management consultancy, sales and 'outdoor' team dynamics training. My current role at CNA International is to develop and support the franchisees and to build my Executive Search desk in the specialist Search arm of Wilde. I am married with three young children. My hobbies are my family, running, climbing, windsurfing, cycling and my BMW1150rt. Surprisingly, I am also a caravanner, but then with 5 people to pay for, holidays in the Bahamas get expensive!
What is your level of success?
