- I have been in the Recruitment business for over 12 years now, I totally love it and find there is no buzz like it, to help changes people's lives is so worthwhile.
I thrive on a busy environment and started my own business in December 06, I am slowly building the business up and now have lots of good clients and contacts.
I totally believe in making sure that everyone is happy with the recruitment process from the initial call right through to placement. Client and Candidates are equally important and should be treated as such. I base this theory on that candidate could be a potential client at some point and if they know they can trust you from the beginning it make for a good business relationship all round.
I am probably more of the old school type recruiter who isn't just interested in making a quick sale, there is no point and there will be no future in it. Building up a good client/candidate network is based on equal trust and partnership. Saying that I can often be found checking out all the latest blogs and looking up people to see if they could be potential clients or candidates then when I call them I have the advantage over most people by knowing who and what they are about.
